2.3. Digital products are not physical goods and are provided within the LostAngeles game project.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment is made using the payment methods available on the project website.
3.2. The product price is displayed on its page in the shop.
3.3. Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.
4. Delivery of products
4.1. Following successful payment, the digital product is provided to the User within the LostAngeles game project.
4.2. Digital products may be linked to the User's account and may not be transferred to another User unless otherwise stated on the website.
4.3. Access to individual features may be restricted if the project rules are violated.
5. Refunds
5.1. A refund may be issued in the event of a technical error, an incorrect charge, or failure by the project to provide a paid product.
5.2. To request a refund, the User must email regdayz@gmail.com and provide the payment date, amount, account email, and reason for the request.
5.3. Requests are reviewed within 14 business days.
